At Gozio, we’re redefining the meaning of patient experience in health systems across the U.S. Our mobile platform offers a single point of access for everything a patient or visitor needs, including telehealth, medical records, physician appointments and reminders, and indoor navigation and wayfinding. As a Gozio Installation Technician, you will work as part of a team as you install RF devices and operate data capture robots in a hospital setting. This role is based out of our Atlanta offices, however most of your time will be spent at client locations.
Requirements:
- Ability to work week-nights (typically 6pm-2am)
- Long distance travel (Normally travel home on weekends)
- Strong communication skills, keeping the team informed of your status, any issues encountered or any delays that arise
- Proactive - seeks out additional work when completing assigned tasks ahead of schedule
- Comfortable standing for over 8 hours, walking 3-5 miles a day, able to lift 40 lbs and climb a ladder
- Comfortable using mobile technology, iOS smartphones and iPads
- Extreme attention to detail
- Punctual
Bonus Hard Skills (not required but highly desirable):
- Basic knowledge of RF and small electrical systems
- Professional or in-depth experience with WiFi and/or Bluetooth systems
- Experience with robotics or RC vehicles
- Moderate or higher level of experience in soldering
